蔺草组织培养研究初报

PRELIMINARY STUDY ON TISSUE CULITURE OF COMMON RUSH

通过蔺草不同接种部位、消毒方法、诱导与分化培养基筛选、激素与pH调整等试验,明确了蔺草组织培养外植体适当的接种部位,恰当的消毒方法与适宜的培养基配方。先后从蔺草居间分生组织培育出愈伤组织、试管苗并盆栽成活。目前已将性状一致的再生苗移入大田繁殖,培植有特色的株系。

By tests of different inoculation sites and sterilization modes, selections of induction and regeneration media, adjustment of hormone and pH, we have defined suitable inoculation site, proper sterilization mode and appropriate medium for tissue.culture of common rush. Calli and green plants were obtained from mediate meristem of common rush, the plants transplanted in pots survived, the seedling with the same character were recently reproduced in large numbers in the field and characteristic lines were cultivated.
