摘要
本研究以7个小麦品种半双列杂交的 F_1和 F_2分析了赤霉病抗性和农艺性状的配合力。并依据一般配合力和特殊配合力方差,综合评价了亲本在抗赤育种中的利用价值。苏麦3号和新中长是较好的抗赤育种亲本。
The combining ability of scab resistance and agronomic traits were studied in both F_1 and F_2 wheat individuals of a set of crosses,composing a 7×7 half diallel.The re- sults showed that the level of scab resistance and agronomic traits of the parent appeared to be a good indicator of the potential performance level of traits of its crosses.Value of parents in wheat breeding for scab resistance and high-yielding was evaluated on general combining ability and variance of specific combining ability for scab resistance and agronomic traits. Sumai No.3 and Xing Zhongchang were recommended as the better parents.
