摘要
目前安全评价技术正处于开拓阶段,还在不断发展和完善,从当前我国安全评价的现状来看,主要是开展装置设施的安全卫生预评价。对装置设施的现状安全评价尚无固定的模式和方法。以西北石油局装置设施现状安全评价的实施过程及采用的评价方法为依据,对装置设施现状安全评价进行一些探讨。
In present, safety evaluation technology is in deploitation stage, and need to continue developing and improving. Based on present situation of safety evaluation at home, most completed projects were safety hygiene pre-evaluation of plants. There isn't the mode and the method of its standardization. On the basis of its implementation and adopted method in CNPC north-west petroleum bureau, present situation of safety e-valuation for oil and gas integration and transportation system was probed into.
