CSTⅢ型仪表采集系统在天然气压缩机组改造中的应用

摘要 由于天然气压缩机组进行动力改造,原机组的控制采集系统大部分为即地仪表,受外界影响大,而且压缩机各级进气温度等重要参数都没有采集,已不能满足改造后的技术要求。为达到为动力改造配套的目的试制了CSTⅢ型仪表采集系统,它能完成对机组的温度、压力、液位、振动等41个点的监测和超限报警、停机控制,还能集中显示所采集的温度、压力、电压、电流、累计小时等数值和开关量状态,并能通过R486接口实现远传监控。 Most of the control collection system was instrument in site in original natural gas compressor group, some important process parameters, such as gas inlet temperature of every stage in it etc., had not been collected, so the system can not meet process technical requirement. When the power was revamped in the compressor group, CSTIII type instrument collection system was tried to make in order to bring it into correspondence with power revamping. It realized monitoring, alarm out of limit and shutdown control of 41 points to temperature, pressure, liquid level and vibration of compressor group, and showed their values and open-close situation. The instrument can complete remote monitoring by means of R486 interface also.
