互动式反思:教师专业化培训的新模式 被引量:8

摘要 互动式反思模式是根据教师的学习条件、培训目标和相关科研成果所进行的教师培训模式的新尝试。互动式反思模式就是学习者在交流互动的情境中,根据一定的目标要求,通过将反思提取的知识结合新的信息对已有的认知结构进行重新编码,以建构新的图式的一般学习方式及方法。本文结合教师培训的实际,阐述了互动式反思模式的内涵、操作及评价等有关问题。
