摘要
完善党的代表大会制度和党的委员会制度是发展党内民主、建立健全党内民主制度的重点。本文分析了完善党的代表大会制度和充分发挥党的委员会的作用的重要性 ,论述了完善党的代表大会制度和党的委员会制度应该着重抓好的几项工作 。
It is a key point of developing democracy,establishing and strengthening democratic system to prefect the national congress and committee system of the CPC.As to improving national conference system and utilizing the function of committee fully,the article analyses its significance and elaborates several links that should emphasize,which can provide more active guidance for the perfection of national congress and committee system of CPC.
