摘要
目前我国高校发展形势良好 ,如何建设高水平特色大学已成为当前高校建设中一大课题。本文从学科建设、教学质量、学校管理及校园文化等方面进行了思考 。
After entering the state “211 project”in 1996,Ocean University of China(OUC)became a co-construction university in 2001 by the Ministry of Education,the Bureau of Ocean,People's Government of Shandong Province and People's Government of Qingdao City.This article focuses on issues such as subject construction,teaching quality,university management and campus culture while OUC is on the road to be built a high-grade and characteristic university.
