摘要
高等院校不仅人员相对密集 ,而且一些实验室的仪器也相当昂贵 ,消防安全管理工作因此显得十分重要 ,如果这项工作做不好 ,势必会造成人员伤亡和国家的巨大损失。传统的安全管理方式已不适应现代社会发展要求 ,本文提出要应用科学的管理方式提高安全管理水平 ,并在高等院校防火工作中引入了“消防目标管理机制”
