我国3160亿美元外汇储备的利弊分析

20 0 3年第一季度我国外汇储备突破 30 0 0亿美元 ,达到 316 0亿美元 ,仅次于日本 ,居世界第二。有很多经济学家认为我国的外汇储备太多了 ,是不经济的 ,会对我国经济产生许多负面影响。其实 ,最适量的国际储备规模并没有一个固定的标准。联系到我国的经济规模、抵御金融风险的能力、人民币汇率的稳定和对外支付的需要 。
