世界政治格局多极化、经济全球化和突飞猛进的科学技术快速发展变化的国际形势 ,国内改革开放中出现的经济成分和经济利益、社会生活方式、社会组织形式、就业岗位和就业方式多样化 ,给思想政治工作带来诸多新情况、新问题、新矛盾。思想政治工作必须面对新形势 ,探索新路子 。
