摘要
个性化的创新型人才的培养是创新教育的本质要求,更是创新教育的目标。学生的良好个性形成的关键时期是基础教育阶段,培养个性化创新型人才也是基础教育改革的目标之一,而如何培养个性化人才是基础教育改革亟需思考和高度关注的问题。
The cultivation of the personalized innovative talent is the essential need of the innovative education,especially the goal of it and also one of the goals of the reform of the fundamental education.The critical period of construction of students′ good personality is the stage of the fundamental education,it is a problem of the special focus on how to cultivate the personalized innovative talent.
