摘要
引导舆论是媒介义不容辞的责任,不同的引导方式产生不同的社会效果。在新的历史条件下,学会软引导是媒介必须具备的基本功;相信和依靠群众,是媒介实行有效引导的前提;引导要讲究层次性、阶段性和连续性,才能达到预期目标。
It is an obligatory duty for media to lead the public opinion, each lead way has its own particular social effects. It is a basic skill for media to learn the soft lead. Believing and depending on the mass is the precondition for media to carry out effective lead. In order to achieve the anticipative target, the attention must be paid to the lead's arrangement、phases and continuity.
