多层薄膜现已被广泛应用 ,薄膜的光学特性以其反射率和透射率表征 .实际所需任何反射率和透射率的光学表面都可以借助镀薄膜的手段获得 ,这些薄膜通常以高真空蒸发不同介质的方式使其淀积于玻璃或金属基体上 .本文就入射光为相干光的情况对多层膜系反射率、透射率分别进行计算 ,得到任意膜系的递推公式 ,该公式对解决相干光的薄膜问题及其计算具有一定的指导作用 .

From the Fresnel formula,the expression of single-dielectric film reflectance R and transmittance T are calculated.According to recurrence method,calculating methods of coherent optical multilayer dielectric films are given,which is for the use of calculating reflectance R and transmittance T.The advantage of recurrence method is that it is especially suitable for computer calculation and programming.The iterative formulas will be of practical significance in the calculation of the multilayer dielectric films.
