通过分析高校图书馆外刊利用率低的现状与原因,提出了如何提高高校图书馆外刊利用率的几点措施。
With the analysis of the low utilization ratio of foreign journals in college and university libraries and the reasons behind, this paper expounds measures to raise the utilization ratio of foreign journals in college and university libraries.
