新时期师范教育发展趋势探讨

摘要 二十世纪后期以来,师范教育在应对各种挑战中取得了长足发展,其主要趋势是:普遍提高对教师素质的要求,实行更为完善、更为严格的教师考核制度和教师资格证书制度,师范教育体系走向终身化、多样化、专业化,日益重视提高教师地位。我们要从世界师范教育改革的趋势中获得启示,借鉴别国的有益经验,为发展我国师范教育服务。 Since the later period of 20th century, normal education of our country has made rapid development in facing all kinds of challenges. Its main trends are: The standard of teachers' quality has quickly been heightened; More perfect and more strict teachers' checd - up system and teachers' credentials system are successfully being carried out; Lifelong tenure of normal education, variety of normal education and specialization of normal education have already formed ;Tenchers' status is effectively being improved and raised. We should doubtlessly draw inspiration from the transformation trend of normal education of the world, use the experience of other countries for reference, so as to develop further normal education of our country.
