摘要
本文在分析加入 WTO后中国银行业所面临的机遇和挑战的基础上 ,介绍了银行业应用竞争情报的软、硬件需求 ,并以康凯信息咨询公司为例 ,提出了中国银行业开展竞争情报活动的方案。
This paper introduces Chinese banking's requirement for hardware and software in applying competitive intelligence,and brings forward a set of project to develop competitive intelligence activity in Chinese banking taking Kangkai Information&Counsultary CO. for example,after analyzing the opportunity and chanllenge chinese banking is being faced with.
