摘要
本文首先回顾了今年 5月开始的美国诉讼中国彩电业倾销案的历程 ,然后介绍了中国政府及中国彩电业对该诉讼案的反映 ,之后从几个角度分析了引起该诉讼案的背景和原因 ,最后对通过该诉讼案我国企业应该受到哪些教育和启示进行了研究。
This text first looks back the process of the case that the United Stated litigates the Chinese colour-TV industry dumpimg,which is started in May this year .Then it introduces the reflection of China government and Chinese color-TV industry about this case.Aftr that it analyzes the background and cause of this litigation from different points of view.Finally we study what our enterprise should learn from this litigation.
