An Essay on Procurement,Storage and Utilization of Eelectronic Information Resource

本文对图书情报机构在面对电子资源这一不同于纸介质的、全新的信息资源时如何进行获取、收藏 (维护 )和利用进行了较为详细的阐述 ,并着重阐明了图书情报人员如何卓有成效地利用各类电子资源 ,以便最大限度地体现出电子资源的自身价值。文章中有的观点可能还比较粗浅 ,有的还有待于进一步的探讨与商榷。笔者也将会随着工作经验的积累而对这一论题形成更加深刻、更加全面的认识。

This paper elaborates the means of procurement,storage(maintenance)and utilization of electronic resource,which is a rather different media from paper resource,for library and information agencies.The paper also illustrates the ways for librarians to effectively use a variety of electronic resource and produce the maximum value of electronic resource.Some viewpoints in this paper probably is rather limited,some needs to be further discussed.The essayist will more extensively and intensively understand this proposition with the accumulation of his working experiences.
