摘要
针对眉县红柱石矿石的特点 ,采用重选 -强磁选、重磁选精矿酸浸、反浮选 -强磁选工艺进行选矿试验 ,推荐采用反浮选 -强磁选工艺流程 ,在磨矿细度 6 5 %~ 70 % - 0 .0 71mm条件下 ,获得精矿产率 5 7% ,精矿品位 5 8% ,Al2 O3 回收率 6 2 %的选矿技术指标 。
In view of the characteristics of the andalusite ore of Mei conty, beneficiation test was made on it using technological flowsheets of gravity separation high intensity magnetic separation, acid leaching of the concentrates of gravity and magnetic separation and reverse flotation high intensity magnetic separation. Finally, the flowsheet of reverse flotation high intensity magnetic separation was recommended, which achieved a weight percent of concentrate of 57%, a concentrate grade of 58% and Al 2O 3 recovery of 62% at a grinding fineness of 65%~ 70% -0.071 mm, providing a feasible technological scheme fer the development and exploitation of this mine's ore.
