不需额外投资的生态建筑常规设计技术

人们认为通过建设生态建筑来改善城市的生态气候必然导致设计成本和建造成本高昂由此会给业主、开发商或设计者带来风险。生态建筑是20是世纪下半叶才出现的概念,因此人们往往将生态与高技术联系起来,一些开发商也就此大肆炒做,借生态概念抬高建筑售价。其实生态并不意味着高技术、高成本,也不应该是富人的专利。就我国当前的发展水平来说,完全可以从规划、设计入手,利用常规技术,在不增加投资的情况下,部分实现生态建筑的目标。本文总结了7大常规生态建筑设计技术,并阐述了他们的原理和应用方法。

People think that the design costs and constructing costs must be increased by constructing ecologic building. Because people often associate the ecology with high technology,The building businessmen increase the cost of ecologic building by nosily advocating the idea of the ecology. In fact, the ecology don't always need high technology and high costs, it is not also the patent of the rich. Some conventional building design and city planning methods can improve the ecology environments, So that we can realize the intention of ecologic building to some extent with these methods. 7 conventional design techniques are studied in this paper. The principle and using methods of these techniques is also studied.
