居住环境与旅游文化的相互交融——解析华侨城波托菲诺“纯水岸”的景观建造

本文以华侨城波托菲诺“纯水岸”的景观建造为例提出“旅游主题居住”的理念。从景观设计主题、景观空间的组织和景观元素的利用等方面分析了该住区的景观特色,阐述了通过合理规划、精心设计可解决旅游资源的共享性、开放性和商品住宅私密性方面的矛盾,使居住环境与旅游文化能相互交融、交相辉映。

Using the construction of landscape works in Portofino stage Ⅱ-the 'Riviera' as an example, the author has introduced the theory of 'living with the theme of tourism'. The landscape characters have been analyzed in different aspects, such as: design theme,spatial organization and the utilization of landscape elements. Basically, the open-to-public nature of tourist attractions and the privacy requirement of residential development are conflicting to each other in terms of the use of a space. However, it has been demonstrated in the paper that, with rational planning and careful design, it is possible to solve the conflict and well integrate these two different functions with each other.
