摘要
以廉价的四乙基溴化铵为模板剂合成了支撑β分子筛膜,系统地研究了模板剂浓度、碱度、晶化时间及温度等因素对β分子筛成膜状况的影响,确定了适宜的工艺条件:n(SiO_2)/n(Al_2O_3)=30~50,n(TEABr)/n(SiO_z)=0.35~0.55,n(NaOH)/n(SiO_2)=0.40~0.45,n(H_2O)/n(SiO_2)=8.6~10.6,温度140~150℃,时间30~60 h。结果表明:以TEABr为模板剂是非常经济的。将制得的β分子筛膜与β分子筛粉末催化乙基叔丁基醚的反应活性进行了比较,发现β分子筛膜也具有良好的醚化反应性能。
The synthesis of zeolite beta membrane on a porous alumina plate was systematically studied with tetraethylammoni-um bromide(TEABr) as an organic template . The effects of the n(TEABr)/n(SiO2) ratio, alkalinity, reaction time and tem-perature was investigated. The optimized composition was found to be within the range of n (SiO2 ) /n ( Al2O3) = 30-50, n(TEABr)/n(SiO2) = 0. 35-0. 55, n(NaOH)/n(SiO2) = 0. 40-0. 45, n(H2O)/n(SiO2) = 8.6-10.6 at 140-150℃, 30-60 h . The results indicate that the use of TEABr as an organic template for the manufacture of zeolite beta membrane is the most economical way. The activity of the zeolite beta membrane for the synthesis of ethyl tertiary-butyl ether (ETBE) in a stainless-steel autoclave is compared with the activity of zeolite beta powders. It is found that the activity of the zeolite beta membrane is as same as the better.
