继电保护检验工作中的若干问题分析

Analysis of some problems on relaying protection inspection

继电保护的新安装检验、定期检验、事故后检验是保证继电保护装置安全可靠运行的极为重要的环节。新安装检验中,应进行全面检查,力求完整,注意逆变电源、电缆、二次回路、抗干扰等问题;定期检验中,注意第一次全部检验、检验项目合理简化与检验质量问题、检验标准化及检验的安全性问题;事故后检验中,注意信息的完整性、分析的科学性、试验的针对性和真实性问题。

There are three key links to ensure the safe and reliable operation of relaying protection devices.They're pre-readiness review,routine inspection and accidental maintenance. During pre-readiness review, inspection should be thorough and integrated,and the problems such as inversion supply,cable,secondary circuit and anti-interference should be paid more attention.On the routine inspcetion,primary thorough inspection,sound inspection,sound inspecting project,inspecting quality,inspection standardization and inspection security should be focused on. As for the accidental maintenance,integrated information,scientific analysis and objective and authentic test should be ensured.
