摘要
目的建立一种测定水及涉水产品浸泡液中总锡的方法。方法在还原剂中加入铁氰化钾,在样品消化后加入酒石酸,利用断续流动氢化物发生原子荧光法测定水及涉水产品浸泡液中总锡。结果锡的检出限量为0.026μg/L,测定方法的相关系数r=0.9996,线性范围0~10μg/L,相对标准偏差1.8%~6.3%。回收率82.5%~109.4%。结论该方法可用于水及涉水产品中总锡的测定。
Objective To established a method for determination of total tin in water and water of dipping tin prod-ucts contacting with drinking water.Methods Adding Potassium ferricyanide in reductant and adding Taxtavic acid in water samples after being digested.The total tin contents in the water were determined by intermittent flow hydride gen-eration atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry.Results The detection limit of tin was0.026μg /L.The linear range was0~10μg /L with correlation coefficient r=0.9996.The RSD and recovery rates of the method were1.8%~6.3%and82.5%~109.4%respectively.Conclusion This method was suitable for the detection of total tin in water and drinking water contacting with tin products.
