资源环境信息分类编码及其与地理本体关联的思考 被引量:37

摘要 通过对多年来我国资源环境信息分类编码工作经验与教训的学习与思考,对地理信息分类编码工作中应考虑的若干基本问题,在前人研究与实践的基础上,提出了一种资源环境信息分类编码的建议方案;面对正在建设和发展中的电子政务、科学数据共享和可持续发展信息共享三大系统,提出必须研究和解决三大系统中共同的基本地理信息分类和编码问题,以实现全社会的信息共享与数据交换;最后,讨论了地理信息本体的相关概念,认为采用信息本体技术进行资源环境信息分类编码是具有前瞻性的一项研究工作。 Summarized on experiences and lessons from resources and environment information classification and coding works during the last 20 years, the authors point out the problems and principles of this job, design a set of classification and coding scheme; facing the same category of geographic information in e-government, scientific data sharing and sustainable development information sharing, the authors put forward that it is important to research an agreement on the classification and coding of the information which is a part in all of these three systems, in order to strengthen the communication and sharing. At last, the authors introduce the concept of geographic information ontology, and consider it is a new approach to employ ontology in constructing the resources and environment information classification and coding system.
