以管理范畴为研究对象,提出对其分析的理论框架,通过对管理范畴进行历史考察,得到三点启示与结论,在此基础上,对当前我国企业主要的任务与工作、管理创新的基础和方向、国外管理理念方法的吸收与运用问题给予解答。

This article takes management category as the object. First of all, it puts forward the frame of reference for analyzing management category, and then makes a historical review of management category and gains inspiration and conclusion. On this basis, this article gives the answers to the main tasks, the basis of management innovation of our enterprises and the absorbing and exertion of foreign management ideas.
