摘要
根据门座起重机直卷筒补偿变幅臂架系统的结构特点和技术要求 ,建立了变幅系统优化数学模型 ,研发出变幅系统参数化优化设计软件 ,并成功应用于实际工程中 ,较好地解决了吊重水平变幅优化问题。
Considering structural features and technical requirements of cylindrical drum luffing boom system for portal crane,this paper establishes mathematic model for optimizing this luffing system and develops the optimal design software.This software has been used in engineering successfully and the problem of keeping load level during luffing is settled perfectly.
