面向对象的色谱分离过程有限元法仿真软件设计

摘要 该文以色谱分离过程的平衡—扩散级模型为例,详细介绍了采用正交配点有限元法对模型进行仿真的过程,以及如何在VC++环境下,应用面向对象技术编写仿真软件,最后给出相同条件下软件分析结果与实验结果的比较。比较表明:采用此方法得到的仿真结果能够比较精确的与试验结果相吻合,可用以指导实际的色谱分离过程的试验或生产。 The method of finite element is used to deal with the equilibrium-dispersion model of chromatographic sepa-ration process in a simulative way.This corresponding program is compiled and achieved by VC++.net used technology of OOP.The comparison of the results between numerical simulations and practical experimentations is provided to indi-cate that the simulations could approach to the experimentations accurately,and that the proposed treatment could be applied to some extent to the experimentation of the production of chromatographic separation process.
