细胞凋亡相关抗原7A6在急性粒细胞白血病表达的意义(英文)

Significance of Apoptosis Associated Antigen 7A6 Expression in Acute Myelogenous Leukemia

为了研究细胞凋亡相关抗原7A6在急性粒细胞白血病化疗前和化疗过程中的表达,探讨其表达率与疗效的关系。应用流式细胞仪和直接免疫荧光法,测定28例病人化疗前及化疗72小时后抗原7A6的表达率,比较表达率与疗效的关系。同时以10例正常人作为对照组。结果病人化疗前抗原7A6表达率与对照组无差别。化疗72小时后抗原7A6表达明显增高,表达率与疗效成正相关。结论提示,测定细胞凋亡相关抗原7A6表达率可预测急性粒细胞白血病的疗效。

In order to study expression of apoptosis associated antigen 7A6 in acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) before and during chemotherapy, and to evaluate relationship between the expression and efficacy of chemotherapy, the expression of antigen 7A6 was determined in 28 patients with AML by flow cytometry and direct immunofluorescence before and 72 hours after chemotherapy. Ten normal subjects acted as control group. Results showed that no difference in expression of antigen 7A6 between normal control group and AML group before chemotherapy was observed and there was significant increase in the expression 72 hours after chemotherapy. The expression was positively related to efficacy of chemotherapy. The determination of expression of antigen 7A6 could predict efficacy of chemotherapy in AML.
