Strengthening Management and Opening a new situation of Technological Monitoring work in Qinghai Power Company

电力工业技术监督是一项全方位、全过程的技术管理工作。１９９６年省公司技术监督会议以后，全公司技术监督工作紧紧围绕安全生产这个中心，在加强管理和提高技术监督质量方面开展了大量工作，取得了显著的成绩。设备可靠性逐年提高，１９９８年输变电可靠性达到９８．９０％，用户配电可靠性达到９９．８６４％，龙羊峡电厂等效可用系数达到９４．１９％，桥电二厂等效可用系数达到９１．７２％，均为投运以来最好水平。当前电力体制改革的新形势对技术监督工作提出了更高的要求，我们必须认真总结经验，找出差距，吸取教训，安排布置好今后一段时期内的技术监督工作，以满足电力体制改革日益深化对技术监督工作提出的要求，为在新形势下进一步加强技术监督工作，为确保青海电网的安全、优质和经济运行作出贡献。

The technological monitoring work in electrical industry is a all-aspects technological management work through the whole process of the electrical power production.Since the meeting on the work in 1996,many achievements have been made by means of strengthening management and improving work quality.Based on summary on post work and experience,this paper gives some guiding concepts to the work,and some important measurements are also proposed for technological monitoring work in Qinghai power company.
