摘要
采用浓度校正分光光度法对甲硝唑葡萄糖注射液中５－羟甲基糠醛进行限量检查，测得５－羟甲基糠醛的回收率为９８７４％（ｎ＝５），ＲＳＤ为０３４％，结果准确、可靠、操作简便、分析速度快。
A concentration correction method was
established for the amount limited detection of 5 HMF in Metronidazole glucose injection. The
average recovery was 98.74% with the RSD of 0.34% (n=5) . The method was proved to be useful
and easy to operate for the detection of hospital preparations.
