Phenotype Analysis of T Cells From Hepatocellular Carcinoma Patients Before and After Immunotherapy

为探讨ＭｃＡｂ激活Ｔ细胞，加强ＡＰＣ的递呈抗原的能力，采用ＣＤ２８／ＣＤ８０（受体与配体）ＭｃＡｂ共激活的健康人的外周血淋巴细胞输入肿瘤患者，用ＦＡＣＳ检测健康人、肿瘤患者治疗前后的ＰＢＬｓ的表型；结果显示在治疗前，肝癌患者ＰＢＬｓ有ＣＤ４偏移现象，而治疗后ＣＤ４偏移消失，ＣＤ３降低，且杀伤细胞（ＣＤ８＋）增多。结论：通过共激活ＰＢＬｓ输入疗法，激活了Ｔ细胞某些被抑制了的功能，使不同的Ｔ细胞向相应细胞转化。

In this study, eleven cases of hepatocellular carcinoma were treated by transfusion with McAb-costimulated PBLs from healthy individuals. The phenotypes of PBLs from patients were analyzed by FACS before and after the transfusion treatment. The results showed that there was a CD 4 cell bias in PBLs from patients before treatment. After treatment, no CD 4 cells bias was found, the number of CD 8 cells increased, and the number of CD 3 cells decreased. The results suggested that McAb costimulated T cell enhanced the capacity of APC.
