HPLC法测定复方氢氯噻嗪片中的杂质 被引量:2

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法测定复方氢氯噻嗪片中4-氨基-6-氯-1,3-苯二磺酰胺含量,以μBondapakC18为固定相,以0.68%的乙酸钠溶液-乙腈(91.5∶8.5)为流动相,检测波长为273nm,结果线性范围为3~30μg/ml,平均回收率101.0%,RSD为1.8%
