Review on the Theory of Technological Process

技术过程论是把技术当做一个动态的过程来进行考察。对技术过程论进行了再思考,对其进行了新的哲学概括,认为技术不仅存在于多要素相互作用的过程中,而且是过程存在。坚持技术过程论,就必须打开技术"黑箱",承认技术形态论,即技术是多种形态的统一体。用技术形态论分析技术的价值负荷过程,有可能消解技术中性论与技术价值论的尖锐对立,并可以深入理解技术异化的内涵。

The theory of technological process is such a theory to be considered taking technology as a dynamic process. Reviewing once more the theory, a new philosophical generalization is given to it of which the technology is regarded as existing in not only the interactive process among various elements, but the form of itself as a process. To understand this theory, people must open the technological 'black box' to acknowledge the theory of technology formation, i.e., technology is a unity of various forms. Analyzing the valueburdened process of technology with the theory of technology formation, its possible to eliminate the sharp contradiction between the theories of technological neutralization and of technological value and, further, an understanding is available to the connotation of technological alienation.
