沈阳市工业经济增长的实证分析

Pragmatic Analysis of the Industrial Economic Growth in Shenyang

回顾了沈阳工业经济的建设与发展的历程,采用区位商分析和偏离-份额分析方法从产值角度实证研究了从1998年到2001年沈阳市工业各部门的经济增长情况;运用国有资本金效绩评价方法从效益角度研究了2001年沈阳市国有工业各部门的资本金效绩情况,进而对沈阳市14个主要的工业部门提出了发展措施,阐述了今后沈阳市工业的发展目标和改革方向,为沈阳市政府调整工业产业结构、改善工业经济增长质量提供借鉴。

Reviewing the situation and development of industrial economy in Shenyang, the economic growth of all industrial sectors in the period from 1998 to 2001 is analysed by the analysis of quotient of location and shiftshare analysis in view of output values.Further, the capital performance in the year 2001 is analysed by an evaluation made to capital performance of staterun businesses. Then, some suggestions are put forward for the development of 14 main industrial sectors in Shenyang. As a result,the goal of Shenyangs industrial development and the direction in which the reform shall go on further are proposed for Shenyang Goverment to adjust the industrial mix and improve the quality of economic growth.
