摘要
介绍在 95 .8 %总压缩率条件下 2 1/35 0水箱拉丝机的塔轮梯度、塔轮直径、传动系统及拉拔力、拉拔功率等工艺参数的设计计算。在拉拔w(C)为 0 .6 5 %、成品丝径为 0 .5 1mm的高强度 (σb≥ 2 5 0 0MPa)镀锌钢丝时 ,进线直径≥ 2 .5 0mm。通过工艺计算 ,在相对滑动时塔轮梯度为 1.10 ,塔轮最小直径为 14 8.4 3mm ,电机转速为14 80r/min ,对各道次拉拔强度、拉拔力及拉拔功率进行计算 ,拉拔功率消耗为 6 7.14kW ,电机功率选择为 75kW ;2 1/35 0水箱机投入使用后 ,生产 30 0 0t镀锌高强度钢丝 ,钢丝最高强度为 2 70 0MPa 。
To introduce the design parameters calculation of the gradient and diameter of cone pulley,transmission system,drawing force and drawing power of 21/350 wet drawing machine in the condition of 95.8% total draught.When drawing high strength(σb≥2 500 MPa) steel wire with 0.55% carbon mass fraction from≥2.5 mm to 0.51 mm,the cone pulley gradient is 1.10 as relative sliding,and the minimum diameter of cone pulley is 148.43 mm,the rotation speed is 1 480 r/min.The drawing strength,drawing force and drawing power of varies pass are calculated,the results that drawing power consumption is 67.14 kW,the selection of motor power is 75 kW.In using 21/350 wet drawing machine,3 000 t high strength steel wire was produced,and the maximum strength is up to 2 700 MPa,which is up to the requirement of process.
