改造风扇磨提高机组经济性

摘要 赤峰热电厂 7号炉投产后锅炉存在燃烧不稳、灰渣可燃物含量高等问题 ,锅炉热效率仅达 75 % ,降低了机组的经济性。通过对风扇磨煤机的局部改造 ,使煤粉细度和一次风速都达到了设计值 ,改造后锅炉燃烧稳定 ,灰渣可燃物含量大大降低 ,锅炉效率提高了 15 % 。 Problems such as unstable burning and high content of ash combustibles occurs to No 7 Boiler since it is put into operation.The heat efficiency of which only reaches 75%,reducing the economical benefit of the generating set.After partial retrofit of fan mill,the coal fineness and the primary air come to the designed value.Great improvement is attained in respect of burning and reduction of ash combustibles after the retrofit.And the heat efficiency of the boiler rises 15% and the economic benefit of the generating set is greatly enhanced.
