清炎利尿散治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效观察

Observation on effect in treating chronic inflammation of prostate grand with Qingyanliniao Powder

目的 :观察蒙药清炎利尿散 (黄柏、子等 )治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法 :116例慢性前列腺炎病人随机分为治疗组 6 6例和对照组 5 0例 ,治疗组口服清炎利尿散 (沙日嗄 4汤 ) ,对照组口服前列康 ,一个月后观察临床疗效及EPS指标。结果 :治疗组总有效率 90 .91% ,对照组有效率 76 % ,组间差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组EPS指标改善亦优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :清炎利尿散治疗慢性前列腺炎有好的临床疗效 ,且无不良反应。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect in treating chronic inflammation of prostate grand (CIPG) with Qingyanliniao Powder (QYLNP) (Cortex Phellodendri, Fructus Gardeniac, etc.) the Mongolian drug. Methods: 116 patients with CIPG were divided into two groups randomly, The 66 patients in experiment group were treated with QYLNP and 50 patients in the control group were treated with Qianliekang. The clinical effect in treating CIPG and the amount of EPS after one month were observed. Results: The results showed that the effective rate of experiment group was 90.91% and the effective rate of control group was 76%. The effect between two groups was different significantly ( P <0.05 ). The improvement of amount of EPS in experiment group was better than that of control group. Conclusion: The clinical effect in treating CIPG with QYLNP is good and no side effect is observed.
