PTA装置氧化反应换热部分扩能改造方案的优化

OPTIMIZATION OF THE CAPACITY EXPANSION REVAMPING SCHEMES FOR OXIDATION REACTION HEAT EXCHANGE PART IN PTA UNIT

结合中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司精对苯二甲酸装置扩能改造工程,对装置中的氧化反应换热部分提出了5种改造方案,并对各方案进行了详细分析、对比,提出了合理的改造方案。该方案实施后,换热部分的操作条件达到了设计要求。

Five revamping schemes for oxidation reaction heat exchange part have been proposed for the capacity expansion revamping of PTA unit in Luoyang Company. Revamping schemes have been analyzed and compared in detail and the reasonable one has been determined. After the scheme has been implemented, operation conditions of the heat exchange part have met the design requirement.
