通过九个加工方案的对比,指出对于新建的10Mt/a炼油厂,建议采用减压渣油加氢脱硫+重油催化裂化+加氢裂化加工方案,或溶剂脱沥青+加氢裂化+重油催化裂化方案;对于已有的炼油厂需进行加工高硫原油技术改造时,建议采用溶剂脱沥青+加氢裂化+重油催化裂化方案。
Suggestions for processing high sulfur crude have been proposed through the comparison of nine processing schemes. VRDS + RFCC + HC or SDA + HC + RFCC is suitable for a newly built 200 000 b/d refinery, and SDA + HC + RFCC is a correct selection for the existing refinery which needs revamping to process high sulfur crude.
