摘要
建立了气相色谱法测定乙醛酸含量的新方法。乙醛酸水溶液在80~90℃下烘干2.5h,以酸性树脂为催化剂,80℃下甲酯化1h,采用15%的EGA色谱柱,该法测定的回归曲线为Y=3290X-4.5,相关系数R=0.9987。对用乙二醛硝酸氧化法自制样品进行测定的相对标准偏差为2.32%。标准品测定的回收率97.4%以上。
A new method of determining glyoxylic acid by gas chromatography has been established. The solution of glyoxylic acid was dried in 80 ~ 90 ℃ for 2.5 h, methylesterified in 80 ℃ by acid resin as catalys. 15% EGA chromatography column was used. Regression curve of the method is Y=3 290X-4.5, related coefficiency, R=0.998 7,relatively standard deviation of determining sample selfprepared by glyoxal nitric acid oxidation process is 2.32%, recovery rate of pure product is over 97.4%.
