烷基化原料选择性加氢的催化蒸馏技术 被引量:4

摘要 介绍催化蒸馏技术用于烷基化原料(混合C_4)选择性加氢精制的新工艺。在实验室重点研究了工艺条件对选择性加氢脱双烯过程的影响。研究表明,以镇海炼油厂MTBE装置的混合C_4为原料,在温度70℃,质量空速2.3h^(-1),氢与双烯摩尔比为13的条件下,催化蒸馏选择性加氢精制工艺完全可以达到对烷基化原料的精制要求,产品中丁二烯含量小于300μL/L,二甲醚含量小于20μL/L。该工艺简单,条件缓和,是有工业应用前景的技术。 A new selective hydrogenation process of alkylation feedstock (mixed C4) with cata-lytic distillation technology is introduced. The effect of process conditions on selective hydrogenation of diolefins was investigated in the laboratory. The experiments showed that under a reaction temperature of 70℃, a WHSV of 2. 3h-1 and a hydrogen/diolefin mol ratio of 13 with a mixed C4 feedstock from MTBE unit of Zhenhai Refinery, the product could meet the requirement of alkylation feedstock. The contents of butadiene and dimethyl-ether in the product were less than 300μL/L and 20μL/L respectively. The said process is simple and the reaction is moderate, which is a technology having commercial application prospects.
