The 1. 40Mt/a heavy oil FCCU in SINOPEC Jinan Company processing feedstock with 8% - 10% CCR has realized continuous running in 1st and 2nd operating cycles for 573 days and 1002 days respectively. The status of coking in the unit was summarized and the effective measures for preventing coking and insuring long-period running of the unit were presented in detail.
