摘要
中国石化股份有限公司金陵分公司1号催化裂化装置于2001年初进行了掺渣扩容改造,在生产中发现装置的生焦率较高。在对装置的技术状况进行充分的分析研究后,认为在改进催化剂配方方面存在一定的空间,放对使用的DVR-1催化剂的配方进行了改进,降低了担体的酸强度并采用了复合型分子筛。结果表明,使用改进型DVR-1催化剂后,生焦率有一定程度的下降,产品分布得到了改善。
No. 1 FCCU in Jinling Petrochemical Company was revamped in 2001 to increase the processing ratio of vacuum residue. It was found later that the coke yield was increased after the revamping. Through thoroughly studying the technical condition of the unit, the refiners believed that there was room for improving the operation of the unit by modifying the original DVR-1 catalyst formu-lation. The catalyst formulation was modified through decreasing the acid intensity of the carrier and adopting the combined zeolite. The test results showed that the coke yield has been reduced and the product distribution has been improved since using the modified catalyst.
