摘要
利用焦化干气制氢技术对轻油制氢装置进行了技术改造。改造后的标定结果表明:采用四孔异形转化催化剂,使转化炉产氢能力提高20%,装置的处理能力和氢气的质量指标均达到设计要求,系统压降大幅度下降,产品质量提高,能耗下降,氢气纯度达到97.8%。
The hydrogen production technology was utilized to revamp a light oil hydrogen production unit for processing coking dry gas. After revamping, the evaluation result showed that by adopting the heterotypical conversion catalyst, the hydrogen production capacity of the conversion fur-nace increased by 20% ; the capacity of the unit and the quality target of hydrogen reached the design re-quirements; and the purity of hydrogen was 97. 8%. The energy consumption and system pressure drop were also decreased.
