催化裂化催化剂磁分离技术的工业应用 被引量:10

摘要 催化裂化催化剂磁分离技术应用于中国石化股份有限公司济南分公司800kt/a催化裂化生产装置。分离出的低磁催化剂重新加入系统后,平衡催化剂的微反活性从64提高到67,比表面积从111m^2/g提高到117m^2/g;金属污染程度明显下降,Fe、Na、Ni、V和Sb质量分数分别由7 630μg/g、2 500μg/g、8 670μg/g、1 940μg/g、和1 960μg/g降到6 050μg/g、2 360μg/g、8 210μg/g、1 760μg/g和1 840μg/g。从而使装置焦炭产率加损失从11.20%降到10.75%;干气产率从3.60%降到3.45%;汽油产率从37.67%增加到38.62%;柴油产率从30.59%增加到31.34%。该装置使用该技术后,每年产品新增利税1 000万元以上,或节省催化剂费用约400万元,并减轻了废催化剂对环境的污染。 The FCC catalyst magnetic separation technology was commercially applied for the 800kt/a FCC unit in SINOPEC Jinan Company. After returning the magnetic separated catalyst to the system, the micro activity of the equilibrium catalyst raised from 64 to 67; the surface area increased from 111m2/g to 117m2/g; and the metal contamination level was dropped, in which Fe, Na, Ni, V and Sb contents were decreased respectively from 7630μg/g, 2500μg/g, 8670μg/g, 1940μg/g and 1960 μg/g to 6050μg/g, 2360μg/g, 8210μg/g,1760μg/g and 1840μg/g. Therefore, the coke yield plus loss decreased from 11. 20% to 10. 75% ; the dry gas yield decreased from 3. 60% to 3. 45% ; the naph-tha yield increased from 37. 67% to 38. 62%; and the LCO yield increased from 30. 59% to 31. 34%. The annual profit plus tax of the products increased by more than 10 million yuan; the catalyst cost decreased by about 4 million yuan; and the environmental pollution of the spent catalyst was alleviated.
