摘要
中国石化股份有限公司荆门分公司采用石油化工科学研究院开发的加氢改质生产优质润滑油基础油的技术,与原有的“老三套”润滑油基础油生产流程中的糠醛精制-酮苯脱蜡-加氢补充精制工艺相结合生产加氢改质润滑油基础油。对生产的HVI150和HVI500加氢改质基础油进行跟踪评价的结果表明,能够生产出符合HVI标准的润滑油基础油。该加氢改质基础油用于调合15w/40SF内燃机油、1号分级淬火油及L-DAH32回转式(螺杆)空气压缩机油等高档润滑油产品。另外,对加氢改质轻质润滑油基础油的应用也作了简述。
The hydro-upgrading technology developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing for producing high quality lube base oil was adopted in Jingmen Petrochemical Company combined with using the existed processes, furfural extraction, ketone-benzol dewaxing and hydrofinishing, to produce high grade lube base oils. The evaluation of the hydro-upgraded HVI150 and HVI500 base oils showed that the combined process could produce lube base oils met the HVI Standard. Using the said base oils, high-grade lubricant oils, such as 15W/40SF engine oil, Grade 1 quenching oil and L-DAH32 rotary air compressor oil, were produced. In addition, the application of hydro-upgraded light base oil was also briefly described.
