PbTiO_3/PVDF复合材料介电性能及压电性能研究

Study on the Dielectric and Piezoelectric Property of PVDF/PbTiO_3 Composite

实验制备了 Pb Ti O3/ PVDF复合材料 ,测试了频率对复合材料介电性能的影响 ,并分析了 Pb Ti O3的体积分数与复合材料介电性能的关系 ;研究了复合材料的压电性能 ;并对样品微观形态进行了分析。

The lead titanate (PbTiO_3)/polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) composite was prepared in this paper. The dielectric properties of the composites films were measured by using an impedance analyzer (HP4192A) with silver electrodes on the both surfaces of the films at 10 3~10 6 Hz and the piezoelectric properties of the composites were measured by using d _ 33 analyzer (ZJ-3A). The microstructure of composites was characterized by SEM micrographs.
