摘要
用制备泡沫铝常用的NaCl作为填料 ,在脱溶过程中 ,由于氯离子对Mg基体的严重腐蚀导致Mg基体骨架完全溃散 ,最终得不到泡沫镁 ;采用MgSO4作为填料 ,Mg被腐蚀的程度显著降低 ,制备出了孔隙率为 71.4%、孔径在 1~ 1.4mm之间的泡沫镁。另外 ,试验发现MgSO4也是制备泡沫铝的理想填料。
Foamed Mg alloy cat't be obtained because Cl - seriously erods and destroys the framework of Mg alloy matrix during the solution of conventional NaCl stuffing materials while the foamed Mg alloy with 71.4% porosity and 1~1.4 mm porous diameters was prepared successfully with MgSO 4 stuffing due to significantly decrease the erosion in Mg.Morever,the experiment reveals that the MgSO 4 is a ideal stuffing for preparation of foamed Al alloy.
