Designing Proper Gating System for Convenient Shell Making Smoothly and Wax Removal—the Third Lectures on Design Series of Investment Casting Scheme

针对不同的铸件结构特点 ,采用不同的蜡模组装方案 ,以保证涂料、撒砂方便 ,有利于型壳硬化和干燥 ,避免涂料堆积、以及产生气泡豆等缺陷。

Different wax pattern assembly design aimed at structural features of different castings can ensure convenient coating and stuccoing, favor hardening and drying of shell mold, avoid pileup of coating and bubble in shell mold. Also, the wax smooth removal from shell mold and higher technological yield of castings should be ensured in the design of gating system.
